We've partnered with a leader in MSP services for the shipping industry to help them find an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with a passion for technology as well as personal growth.
You'll be based at a client's site in a prestigious office, just off Fenchurch Street, where you'll be pivotal in both on-site user support and remote IT support for other clients.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support at the client site and remotely.
- Engage with a high-end client base, requiring professionalism and clear communication.
- Work with a tech stack including Active Directory, PowerShell, Azure AD, Office 365, Teams and more.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer and internal issues
- Coordinating patching and upgrades to client environments and infrastructure.
- Managing and ensuring timely communication of updates to customers within SLA's.
- Effectively managing open tickets to ensure a timely and efficient resolution.
- Logging all ticket progress updates, client details, and resolution information onto the internal helpdesk system.

What We Need:
