We are seeking support engineers specialising in 1st and 2nd line Technical Support to join a pioneering MSP team specialising in Microsoft, Cisco & Cloud Technology.

- Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Security
- Azure - diagnosing and resolving host crashes, provisioning new virtual machine hosts, troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues, and managing security configurations in Azure environments.
- Windows Server - DNS, Active Directory, File & Print, and Patch Management
- Virtualisation - VMWare, HyperV, and Azure
- Backup admin, setup and DR
- Network troubleshooting - diagnosing connectivity issues, monitoring performance, resolving firewall and VPN problems, and ensuring stable wired and wireless network operations.
Here's what we're looking for from you:
- Experience in a busy support role
- Ability to work across multiple clients (45 in total) and a variety of technical set-ups
- Experience in troubleshooting issues with a root-cause analysis mindset and acting as an escalation point for the team both remotely and on-site
- Helping to create technical documentation
- On-Site client visits and out of hours working may be required
