We're working with a forward-thinking and progressive technology solutions provider HQ’d in Wetherby…and they’re growing!
Their talented team of Technical Consultants provide day to day support for client issues, from 1st line triage through to 2nd and 3rd line resolution…and beyond.
They have a brilliant team of engineers and are vendor agnostic, so they support a fascinating range of technology including VMWare, Dell, Checkpoint, Cisco, Linux (Redhat, CentOS etc) and Windows server.
We’re helping them find a 3rd line IT Support Consultant who share their passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your New Challenge:
You’ve been on the front lines for a while and you’ve bought the T-shirt when it comes to technical support. There’s not much you haven't seen and you’re respected by teammates, as well as Project Engineers.
You’ll lead the charge in tackling the most challenging IT problems, using your expertise to drive change and innovate within the tech landscape. Your role is crucial in mentoring a team and enhancing client IT infrastructures.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in a technical support engineer role, ideally with at least 2 years in a high-level, problem-solving environment.
- Hands-on skills in configuring and troubleshooting complex IT network/server infrastructure, particularly environments that utilise the Claritas tech stack.
- Experience using advanced ticket management systems to track and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrable leadership in past roles, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members while promoting best practices in IT support.
