Their talented team of Technical Consultants provides day-to-day support for client issues, from 1st line triage to 2nd and 3rd line resolution…and beyond.
They've embraced a 4-day working week, aimed at enhancing work-life balance and boosting productivity.
They have a brilliant team of engineers and are vendor agnostic, so they support a fascinating range of technology including VMWare, Dell, Checkpoint, Cisco, Linux (Redhat, CentOS, etc), and Windows servers.
We’re helping them find a 1st Line IT Support Consultant who shares their passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
You'll be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical problems, providing excellent customer service and technical support, and handling all calls with empathy, professionalism...and lots of patience!
You'll be responsible for resolving issues remotely and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary, keeping records of all interactions and documenting fixes and resolutions.
You'll be on the front-line, triaging technical issues and identifying root causes, resolving them where possible, or collaborating with senior colleagues if needed.
It's fair to say that you'll be busy, but you'll also be learning and progressing from day 1!
Collaboration will be key – ensuring seamless interactions with fellow team members and other departments to always deliver effective fixes in a timely manner.
As our client is deeply invested in continuous learning, there will also be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and achieve industry accreditations.

Ideally you'll have a real can do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your IT career. You'll need to be a good multi-tasker who can thrive in a dynamic environment. If you can tick these boxes, we want to hear from you:
- Experience in 1st line IT support
- A strong technical background with an understanding of IT systems
- Proficiency in platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, Remote desktop applications
- A genuine focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
