Feeling Overlooked in Your Current Job?
It’s frustrating, isn’t it? You work hard, solve problems, and help people every day—but it feels like no one notices. You deserve more.
Imagine working somewhere that recognises your contributions, values your skills, and invests in your training and development. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you.
Join a Team That Puts People First
We’re working with a trusted IT provider that has spent the past 25 years delivering complex data management and access projects to the public sector. Known for their innovative solutions and unwavering reliability, they make technology simple, secure, and stress-free for their clients. Behind every project is a team of dedicated experts who care deeply about making a difference—and they’re looking for someone like you to join them.
Be the Difference Every Day
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the person clients rely on when things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s troubleshooting Microsoft 365, setting up accounts for new team members, or solving hardware issues, you’ll be the friendly expert they trust to make things right.
Here’s what your day could look like:
- Talking to clients via phone, email, or support tickets to understand and resolve their issues.
- Fixing problems with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware.
- Keeping everything on track by logging and managing support tickets.
- Helping new team members get up to speed with their accounts and devices.
- Sharing ideas to improve processes and solve problems faster.
You won’t be going it alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s got your back and will give you the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re not looking for perfection—just someone who’s great with people, loves solving problems, and is ready to learn. You don’t need to tick every box—what matters most is your attitude. Here’s what will help you stand out:
- A knack for explaining things in a way that makes sense, even to someone who isn’t technical.
- The ability to stay organised and handle multiple tasks without losing track.
- Experience in customer service or IT support is great, but if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’d still love to hear from you.
