As a 3rd Line IT Support Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert clients turn to when things get tricky. From resolving complex technical issues to leading impactful IT projects, every day will offer a new challenge—and a chance to make a difference.
Here’s what you’ll do:
• Own the Toughest Problems: Handle escalations from 1st and 2nd Line teams, ensuring timely resolutions for complex technical issues.
• Manage Client Infrastructure: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Deliver Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with your team and clients to recommend and implement technical solutions that keep businesses secure and productive.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest new tools, processes, and best practices to keep everyone one step ahead.
• Mentor and Support: Share your expertise with colleagues, nurturing a culture of learning and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring
• Technical Know-How: You’ve got solid experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation. You don’t shy away from tricky troubleshooting or advanced configurations.
• MSP Background: Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is a big plus—but if you’ve got the right mindset and can pick things up quickly, we’d still love to hear from you.
• Proactive Attitude: You’re always looking for ways to expand your skill set and take the initiative, whether it’s learning a new tech tool or streamlining a process.
• Growth Mindset: Whether you’re already a seasoned 3rd Liner or a strong 2nd Liner ready to step up, you’re eager to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibility in a smaller team.
